MISSION TEAM of 30 people representing seven churches from three different states.

MEDICAL CLINICS were held in 5 locations and medicines were given out to 1757 people! The Gospel was shared with every one at the Clinics several times and presented in different ways. The street value of the medicine given out was well over half a million dollars! There were over 330 pair of donated used eye glasses distributed also!

BIBLE SCHOOLS were held in three different locations. The schools were held in a church, a city park and on a Bus!

BLOCK PARTIES were held with several children trusting Christ. Clowns, balloons, toys, candy, music and the gospel through tracts, new testaments, and testimonies were shared!

CONSTRUCTION took place at the Retreat area and in two churches. The construction team installed wiring, fluorescent light units and breaker boxes for 12 fluorescent light units. Two large outside Mercury lights were installed on the front of two churches. A breaker box, six plugs and 60 ft of speaker wire were installed in one church and in another church an outdoor cement shower floor was poured and a 50 foot drain pipe was installed to correct a major water problem in the church.

At the retreat center there were 8 metal doors provided, painted and welded into place. Also in the newest renovated apartment there was a shower, water heater, vanity and sink provided and a commode installed.

Donations were provided to buy 50 plastic chairs for the sanctuary in one church and the night after the chairs were bought and put in, there was an overflow crowd in the service and the people had to stand up around the inside of the church and out in the street in front of the church. This church also has a dirt floor and donations were left to provide for a cement floor to be put down in the near future.

The Transportation is dependable, but has extensive wear and donations were left for maintenance and upkeep on the buses and other vehicles. New tires were also provided for the Pastor’s automobile.

A WOMEN’S CONFERENCE was held on Saturday with 51 women in attendance along with several teenagers and children. The conference was built around women in the genealogy of Jesus out of the gospel of Matthew. A nurse also did a segment on the physical changes in the life of a woman and also spoke to present issues facing women such as aids, hepatitis and other sexual diseases.

CRUSADES were held in San Marcos a suburban town near the capital of San Salvador. A new church is planned for that area and the young Pastor is very deserving. The new work has a great start with several decisions for Christ. They are presently in a rented building, so pray they will soon find a permanent location of their own.

Crusades were also held in the Chalchuapa area in three different churches and at the entrance of a new community where several hundred new homes have been built and even now as many more in an adjacent area. This is a gated community with thousands of people in need of Christ.

DECISION totals are not in, but the best estimate is near 100 for salvation and scores of others who made meaningful decisions for the Lord. There were conversions every day of the Mission. Souls were saved through one on one witnessing on the street and in personal door to door visitation. There were souls saved at the Block Parties and at the Medical clinics and children saved in the Bible schools. In fact at the Sahara Hotel, our main hotel, there was a clinic held on Saturday morning for the Hotel employees and their families and the gospel was freely shared with each person. PTL for the Holy Spirit’s Presence and confidence the folk there had in their guests!

PRAISE for the Great Team! Thank you Lord for a team dedicated to you that others can see Jesus in them!

CONCLUSION Was the Mission a success? YES !!!!!!!!

Was the labor and time a good investment in the Lord’s work? YES
