The Lord has greatly blessed the Ministry of the BJEA during the year of 2002! He continues to prove Himself Faithful in all His Promises. He has made Himself known in a glorious way through His overflowing love, blessings and provision. We continually Praise Him for giving us the greatest group of friends and partners that any Ministry could have.
The Ministry has taken us to 36 churches in six states and the countries of Belize and El Salvador this year. Hundreds have come to experience Christ through the Crusades, International Missions, Conferences, Cassette Tapes, Gospel Tracts, and the personal witness of our dedicated Team Members.
It was an honor to have been elected as Vice President of our Southern Baptist Convention National Conference of Southern Baptist Evangelists and to have spoken at the
COSBE session of the Southern Baptist Convention in St. Louis, Missouri.
The Lord blessed the work of the Shelby Baptist Association Evangelism Council as this is the fourth year that I have served as the Director of the Evangelism Council.
The Conference Ministry is such a blessing to Minister to other Ministers. We have had opportunity to speak to two state-wide Evangelism Conferences and in several Association-wide Pastor's Conferences.
The Monthly Cassette Tape Ministry has been a wonderful vehicle to stay in touch with so many of our Prayer Warriors and partners. Only eternity will reveal the impact of this great Prayer Ministry as daily prayers are lifted up on behalf of this Ministry and those on the Monthly Prayer List.

Approximately 4,000 tapes were mailed to an area that covers 21 states. Praise the Lord for the thousands who have been touched over the last 25 years and for the good reports that continue to come back to us.
This has been a busy year with days filled with the Joy of knowing and serving our dear Lord Jesus Christ.
