Amsterdam 2000 was held July 29 - August 6 at the RAI International Exhibition & Congress Centre in Amsterdam, Holland. There were 10,732 participants, coming from 209 countries and territories around the world, meeting for nine days in the largest gathering of its kind in the history of Christianity. We heard plenary messages from 22 of the world's leading Christian speakers.
Amsterdam 2000 worship times were like a foretaste of heaven as people of nearly every nation and race, language and culture, raised their voices and hands in praise to God.

Below, Benny and Shirley along with some other participants toured Harrlem, the home place of Corrie Ten Boom. This woman wrote the "Hidding Place" which gave us the story of how she and her family were made prisoner because they had provided a secret closet for many of their Jewish friends.
